Yes, there can be an adjustment period ("detox phase") of 1-4 weeks when you switch from a chemical-filled antiperspirant to an all-natural deodorant like this one.

Your body will be ridding itself of the toxins built up from the chemicals in your previous antiperspirants. You may sweat more and smell worse than usual for a week or two. After the "detox," your armpits should be balanced and smell better. Don't panic during the detox phase.
